What we collect

Your Google account email, name, and photo. OAuth tokens for Gmail and Calendar. Agent settings and run status. Support chat messages if you use the widget.

Where tokens live

Google tokens are stored only in Google Secret Manager. They are not written into the database.

Mail and calendar content

Chip reads headers and short snippets to run an agent. It does not keep email or calendar bodies after the run.

Who we share with

Google, for sign-in and Workspace APIs. Vertex AI, to write briefs and drafts. Resend, to send Chip mail. We do not sell your data.
